FRAUD PREVENTION & QUALITY AUDITOR/ASSURANCE AGENT

Fetch is a fast-growing technology company innovating and changing how consumers fulfill their grocery needs. We are headquartered in the heart of downtown Madison, with offices in Chicago and New York. Fetch currently provides a mobile grocery shopping app, Fetch Rewards, that allows users to get rewarded every time they scan a receipt from a grocery store. Fetch Rewards is free and available in both the Android and iOS platforms. The mission of Fetch is to provide easy access to the information and technology necessary for people to enjoy every stage in the life of food (inspiration, planning, purchasing, preparation, and of course ... eating). Founded in 2013 and growing, Fetch is looking for a Quality & Fraud Prevention Agent to help us change the grocery shopping experience.

As Fetch continues to grow into many households, we continue to place a high emphasis on quality and accuracy, as well as ensure that all users are "playing by the rules." We are hiring a Quality & Fraud Prevention Agent to join our team. In this role, you will help contribute in a variety of ways in measuring our receipt accuracy as well as identify fraudulent activity in Fetch Rewards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Audit, Measure, & Report accuracy on receipt reading & matching.
  • Identify trends in inaccuracies and escalate these problems.
  • Identify activity and behaviors indicative of fraudulent activity.
  • Review users accounts based on fraudulent activity and close their account.
  • Suggest new methods to catch fraudulent activity early.

SKILLS WE BELIEVE WOULD BE HELPFUL FOR THIS POSITION:

  • Experience with Excel formulas, organization, and analysis
  • Curiosity to ask questions and find answers.
  • Natural enjoyment of exploring data and gleaning insights.
  • Openness to other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
